We charge € 25,00 per additional guest per night (maximum 2 additional guests)

INFORMATION

• Maximum 2 / 4 persons.
• No pets are permitted.
• There is a minimum stay required.
• Special long term rates available upon request.
• Full payment is expected on arrival or in advance.
• A refundable deposit will be required on arrival.
• All prices are including tax.
• The check-in time is at 2 PM unless otherwise arranged.
• The check-out time is 11 AM on the day of departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We are not responsible for bad weather, illness, changes in travel plans or travel delays. A full refund will be given for cancellations received more than twenty-one (21) days prior to arrival. Thirty Percent (30%) of the deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is received more than fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. Fifteen percent (15%) of the deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is made after that. There will be no refund for a no show.
